Perception!

It's a nice summer evening, grounds are filled with enthusiastically playing kids, nice summer breezes are caressing through the kids, these winds just need gaps. They find it, they fill it. Everybody needs water, everyone is thirsty, but the game is important!
Hunger is roaring through stomachs and delicious meals are being cooked inside the kitchen. The spice of those dishes is just irresistible. 
A family. And you are a part of it. You suddenly realize you forgot to serve the pickle, you ask your mother and she just gets it in less than a minute.

Everything's just fine and easy.

And boom!
All of a sudden, you are sitting in a random position in a random room(not your home), with random people, reading this blog post, which you don't know why you are reading!
You gradually start to remember all these moments, with your touch, your twists, your way.

How did this happen? This significant transformation! Did everybody traveled through time or is it just me?

Time faded! Right?

You just didn't have the time to think about it, did you?

Do you know exactly where are you right now?
Do you know what are you doing?
Did you choose the person, with whom you are spending time?
Or did you choose to be alone?

Have the answers?

Time moves quick! People.
You can't do anything for it.

But one thing you have. Your mind. Peace.

If you think you don't, you're wrong, lovely!

  • The one and most important thing to do every day, that everyone can do is meditation. Now don't become that guy or girl who thinks this doesn't work or meditation is boring and 'only for old people' kinda thing. I think even a kid in his 15s-16s should too meditate.

Meditation helps in,

  • Improving concentration.
  • Boosting creativity.
  • Having inner peace.
and much more. You can find some of your personal interactions with meditation yourself.




  • Another important and easy thing to do every day is, finding your own 'Piece Of Harmony'. I know it sounds pretty dramatic, but yeah it works and it did work for me!






Actually, in my case, finding that "Piece of Harmony" wasn't that easy. I had (I still have) many interests and I just can't decide what helps me keeping calm! Is that music or scrolling endlessly through Instagram memes? But I did find out! It took time though, a long time, but it did work. I tried different things, I literally did play with my daily schedules and timetables and I found that. That "PIECE OF HARMONY". That, in turn, provided me, Inner Peace.

There are plenty of such things that won't let you go off your creativity, your concentration, your happiness, but will hold it down. Do you have such things in mind, please let me know in the comment section below so that I can share those with others too!
