So today, I wanna talk about health!
Yeah! even sounds lazy, right? But the thing is, you should stay fit, stay active, and filled with enthusiasm.
But how?
Are there any simple, day-to-day things, that can really help to keep fit?
The good news is,
Yes, there are!
And I am going to get you to know them all (most of them).


  • Well, first of all, the mindset is the most important thing.
  • Food is another.
  • Fitness comes with all of the heart. You must feel from inside to have a fit and well-maintained body.
Staying fit is one of the essential things in today's day to day life.
  • Staying fit doesn't mean having biceps like Popeye, or abs like hard biscuits.
  •  Having and maintaining a fit body is very tricky. One must try hard and feel an urge to possess it.




The state of health comes with 3 golden words.
  1. Food
  2.  Dynamism
  3. Perspective











Food:-
Food comes first, right?
Eating healthy can really help to maintain the figure.

So, does it really help? Yes indeed.
As long as you follow a well-maintained diet, you stay fit and fine.
A good and ideal diet includes,
  1. Calorie input regulated bu your weight and height (overall BMI)
  2. Trying to avoid more than the minimum percentage of fast-food or items like white bread and oily items.
  3. Inclusion of all types of veggies. Including,
  • Leafy green – lettuce, spinach and silverbeet.
  • Cruciferous – cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli.
  • Marrow – pumpkin, cucumber, and zucchini.
  • Root – potato, sweet potato, and yam.
  • Edible plant stem – celery and asparagus.
  • Allium – onion, garlic, and shallot.

So the overall view is Eat healthily, Keep fit!




Dynamism:-
Activeness, AKA Dynamism, comes with fitness.
And fitness comes with wit for dynamism.
Basically, they are totally co-related. If you always feel lazy like a panda, a massive change is a must for you.



Perspective:-
Perspective, does it change anything? yes, it surely does.
It rather bears the potential to change everything.
Having a positive way of seeing everything literally changes your way of living. It changes your day to day tasks into something different, a way lot different.
"The right perspective, makes the IMPOSSIBLE, POSSIBLE!"
Henceforth, try to acquire a new way of living, a better, simpler, but unique perspective!
